摘要： 基于数据库技术和B/S体系结构，对系统的功能需求进行分析，设计系统功能模块和数据库结构，阐述系统的实现技术，实现航材采购的系统管理。

Abstract: Based on database technique and Browser/Server framework, this paper analyzes the system requirement and database frame of aircraft spare parts procurement MIS, and then explains the implementation technique.
